Scope of Service and Procedures: Diet and lifestyle evaluation / Teach healthy eating / Family meal planning / Recommendations for improving lifestyle / Supporting a healthy stress response / Meal plans for improved weight, mood, and energy / Educate regarding wellness and holistic nutrition / Advise patients on basic wellness supplementation.
Additional scope: Patient intake / Research and development / Review lab assessments / Provide recommendations / Advise therapeutic menu and nutrients / Provide follow-up support / Summarize case and group findings / Educate other healthcare professionals.
